Every bit you need!

One Friday morning a customer called to say they had broken a press for a high volume part (which we did not currently supply them). Could we set their die in our press and run the 40,000 lbs. of 4 gauge steel coming in on Monday?

Not having a proper feed didn’t keep us from saying “yes,” and the die was sent over that afternoon.

A call to an equipment broker got the feed on its way across the state to us Friday afternoon. When it arrived at 9:30 Monday morning, the die was already in place, so when the steel truck brought the coil stock up our driveway everything was ready to run.

First parts were delivered Monday afternoon and our customer didn’t lose a day, let alone an hour, of production.
